Domaine ELBOURA uses a software that allows us to track our produce from the orchard to the client. Our traceability system is so precise that every box has a code that allows tracking all different steps until the plot from which the fruits were produced.

Hence, the following information and more are available for each box :

• Date of harvesting, storing and stockage of the fruits.
• The person who packed this box.
• The farm and plot of origin.
• The frequency and dose of watering the trees which produce these fruits.
• The nature, dose and quantities of fertilizers.
• The phytosanitary treatment, pre and post harvest, active ingredient, commercial product, concentration, date of treatment ...
