Traceability

Domaine ELBOURA uses a software that allows to trace our products from the orchard to the customer. Our traceability system is so precise that each box has a code that allows to trace all the different steps from the box in the consumer's hands to the plot where the fruit comes from.

The following information and more are available for each box:

  • Harvest and pack date of the fruit.
  • The person who packed the box.
  • The farm and plot of origin.
  • The frequency and dosage of watering the trees producing these fruits.
  • The nature, dosage and quantities of fertilizers.
  • Applied phytosanitary treatment in orchard and packinghouse.
